Know How – Fusion 2025

Cups 🥤

We generally have very few cups.
🥤 educate the people! – start telling them today that they should reuse their cups, and bring their own.
🥤 only ever display some few cups in the bar, and – importantly – place them next to or behind the tip-bottle. If they ask for a cup, explain them both the project and the cup situation, and tell them that if they like our concept & benefit from it, they are invited to contribute.

📖 Generally, explain the project, and invite them warmly to give something in return :) … if, and whenever, they feel like :)

Communication and Shifts

📝 If you anticipate that you might not make it to your shift – shamelessly & easily tell the group in advance❗ to let everyone know.
⇒ Write it in the respective Bar Channel, inform your Bar Care person, and write to the festival leads , who coordinate the shifts. Together we’ll find solutions easier.
🪟 Most important – for everybody – is: reliability & transparency 💎💗
⛓️‍💥 If there are any problems (light, structure, …) or if anything runs short (oils, cups, cleaning supply, bags, …) ⇒ plz notify the team as soon as possible.
☎️ Keep your phones loud, read the messages, and make your phone numbers transparent❗

Oils 🩸

Only ever use 2-3 drops. More is unnecessary, strenuous for the stomach, and they’re precious & expensive

🧽 Cleanliness and Appearance

🧹 Maintain a good & sorted impression. You will have a better working experience yourselves :)
🚱 Don’t fill peoples bottles directly from the water hose. You could transfer pathogens.
🧼 Keep the small oil bottles clean; try to not spill oil.
🚫 No alcohol at or on the bar. Please remove alcoholic beverages (Bear-bottles and co) regularly!

Cueing: 🚾 Toilets and Bars

While you’re working: don’t wait at the toilet. Normally there’s a specific lane for workers. Elektrobier? Go directly.

Tanzwüste = especially wet 💦

It’s cozy, moist & lush, over there: bring a towel & something of plastic to sit on.
